1st Half: (11am-1pm)
• All about the New Fitness Star Organization
• Judging Criteria and Categories
• Contest Preparation – tanning, carb depletion / loading, water depletion, diet tips, supplementation, posing suits, heels, smiling, breathing, stage presentation etc.
• Open Question Period

Break: (1pm-1:30pm)
• Lunch

2nd Half: (1:30pm-2:30pm)
• Posing, Quarter Turns, Runway walk
• Hands-on practice and Tips

Karen: (2:30pm -3:00pm)
• Posing Suits, Tanning Products, Clothing available to order or purchase
