I found a new website that posts a different workout video everyday to the site. Its free and there is never any equipment used. The videos last about 20 minutes and really make me sweat. Check it out at http://www.FitN20.com and tell me what you think? This seems to be an effective way to burn through a few hundred calories or so.
Personally I don't think the training location matters, but the training environment does. I like to use both home based and gym based workouts. Mix it up a little!!!
