Fitness STAR Model Search - Competitor Attire

2 Rounds of Competition:

Swim Wear Round: (worth 70% of final score)

Females:

• Two piece bikini-style posing suit or bikini. Custom-made competition suits are encouraged but not mandatory.

• Jewelery is permitted.  Keep it simple and classy so it doesn't take away from your body and distract the judges eyes.

• Clear heels. We suggest 4 inches for ease of walking, however up to 6
inches are permitted.


Males:

• Posing trunks or boxer-brief styles are permitted. Be sure that the judges can see the muscle tone in your legs.

• Males are barefoot for the Swim Wear Round. 

NO props, g-strings or thongs please or you will be disqualified.

Sport Wear Round: (worth 30% of final score)

• Athletic wear is chosen by the model, and should show off their
physique in a tasteful manner. Models should chose colors that
compliment their skin tone and are aesthetically pleasing. It is not
necessary to spend a lot of money on an outfit. Smart choices (color,
cut) are more important. Theme-wear, hand held props or costumes are not
permitted.

• Worn props are allowed such as hats, gloves, pads etc.

• Athletic, Cross-Training or Running shoes are permitted. This ensures no model
is advantaged by heeled footwear. It also offers a different perspective
to the judges and media in attendance, and further demonstrates model
versatility.

• When selecting an outfit for this round, visualize yourself modeling in magazines, ads, videos, TV and/or photo-shoots for fitness fashion companies such as Nike, Adidas, Fila, Under Armour, Lululemon, KHP etc. (these are the companies that the Fitness STAR Agency will be promoting you to when you become one of our official Fitness STAR Models)
