Fitness STAR Model Search - Level System

Level 1 Fitness STAR - Beginner Status

- Beginners (Amateurs) entry competition level.
- For competitors who have not had any prior competition experience or have competed but never placed TOP 3 in any other organization.
- See level advancement criteria below.  Based on individual final score.

Level 2 Fitness STAR - Intermediate Status

- For competitors who have competed with Fitness STAR and qualified for Level 2 OR placed TOP 3 with any other sanctioned organization on a local/regional level.

- If a competitor is grandfathered into Level 2 Fitness STAR from a sanctioned organization, Fitness STAR must verify their TOP 3 placing.  During online registration you will be asked the event organization’s name you competed with and the number of competitors you competed against to place TOP 3 (must have been at least 5 competitors in your category to qualify) while signing up for Level 2 Fitness STAR to prove your eligibility to compete at this level.

Level 3 Fitness STAR - Advanced Status

- For competitors who have competed with Fitness STAR and qualified for Level 3 OR with any other sanctioned organization on a provincial level or higher.
- If a competitor is grandfathered into Level 3 Fitness STAR from a sanctioned organization, Fitness STAR must verify their TOP 3 placing. During online registration you will be asked the event organization’s name you competed with and the number of competitors you competed against to place TOP 3 (must have been at least 5 competitors in your category to qualify) while signing up for Level 3 Fitness STAR to prove your eligibility to compete at this level.

Fitness STAR Pro – Professional Fitness Model Status

- For competitors who have competed with Fitness STAR and qualified for FS Pro OR is a Pro with another sanctioned organization listed below.
- If a competitor has obtained Pro Status with another sanctioned organization, it is possible to be grandfathered into Fitness STAR Pro status providing they have earned their Pro status within the last 3 years.
- If a competitor is to be grandfathered into Fitness STAR Pro status, Fitness STAR must verify their existing Pro Status. During online registration you will be asked the event organization’s name you competed with and the number of competitors you competed against to place TOP 3 (must have been at least 5 competitors in your category to qualify) while signing up for the Fitness STAR Pro level to prove your eligibility to compete at this level.

- WINNERS of the Fitness STAR Pro Level will receive a $1000 paid modeling contract through the Fitness STAR Agency on behalf of one of our sponsors. This provides real world experience, opportunity, exposure and a great portfolio piece in addition to the paid modeling work.

- TOP 3 get massive prize packages from our sponsors, Shooting STAR Trophies and Recognition Certifications.
- ALL Fitness STAR Pros are offered to JOIN the Fitness STAR Agency.

- ALL Fitness STAR Pros will receive a Fitness STAR Pro Card.

- Will have the opportunity to gain exposure for themselves by way of publicized writing, interviews, appearances, modeling jobs, photo shoots, TV spots etc.
- First offers for any cover shoots for magazines, fitness infomercials, magazine spreads, interviews, appearances, modeling jobs, photo shoots, TV spots etc.
- Potential for full time or part time employment with Fitness STAR International.

- Will be a role model and leader for future Fitness STARS.

SANCTIONED ORGANIZATIONS INCLUDE:

IFBB, WBFF, CBBF, OPA, IDFA, UFE, SAF, NGA, IFPA, INBF, ABFF, Musclemania, Fitness Universe, Model Universe, FAME (WNSO)

NOTE: Fitness STAR does not require competitors to be exclusive to Fitness STAR and/or drop their existing Pro status from any other organization to compete as a Fitness STAR Pro. We welcome PROS from other organizations to come to Fitness STAR and challenge our Level 3s or our Fitness STAR PROs.  Our Pros are also FREE to compete WHEREVER and WHENEVER they choose without the risk of loosing their Fitness STAR Pro Cards if they decide to compete with another sanctioned organization.

Level Advancement:

The scores that competitors will require to move up the levels:
 
Level 1 Fitness STAR – This level requires no score to compete but those that do compete at this level should be concerned with the score they get as it will tell them where they will be competing next time on the Fitness STAR stage.

Level 2 Fitness STAR – Competitors moving to level two will have to have a total score of 60 or higher to compete.
 
Level 3 Fitness STAR – Competitors moving to level three will have to have a total score of 70 or higher to compete.

Fitness STAR PRO Level – Competitors moving to the PRO level will have to have a total score of 85 or higher to compete.


IMPORTANT Notes:

• All competitors MUST compete in the exact level that they are suited to in accordance to the aforementioned Fitness STAR Level System.  We will have random checks in place to ensure honest entry into each level and competitor check in. Any competitor breaching this rule will be disqualified from the competition. Any awards, prizes and/or cash earned by placing TOP 3 must be returned immediately and the 4th place competitor will move up the podium into 3rd place.

• Males can compete as an Athletic Fitness Models or Muscular Fitness Model, but not both at the same event.  Female can compete as an Athletic Fitness Model or a Bikini Model, but not both at the same event.  Females can also compete in the Glamour Model category at the same show as an optional second category. Females can also compete as only a Glamour Model if they are not competing in Athletic Fitness Model or Bikini Model.

• Masters (40+) can register to compete in the Masters Category as well as Athletic Fitness Model and/or Bikini Model and/or Glamour Model (females) at the same event. (ONLY 2 CHOICES)
