Fitness STAR Workshop - Oakville January 31st

This Workshop was awesome!

The atmosphere was very energetic and exciting! No "BIG HEADS" in there! Which was relieving!

Excellent Q&A throughout, very informative.

I liked it so much, James and Justine convinced me to Register for March 27th Competition!

I would recommend one of these workshops if you have questions, but want face to face answers, if you want to practice and get a feel for what is expected and get the chance to test your "stage fright".

This group of people is down to earth and very supportive, no reason to be nervous!

Looking forward to putting what I learned to use, and stepping on that stage!
