Thank you Sir, But I have no business at. Honestly, all I know is Army and I am trying to go to school and learn about the Nutrition field. My wife on the other hand is the educated one and she has been assisting me in getting college work done before I get out of the Army. I believe talking to you would help a great amount. Like stated in the comment earlier, I am in Iraq at the moment but I can still find a way for us to communicate. If at all possible it is easier to pass information on my gmail account- 00monv@gmail.com Thank you again for you time and patience.

Hi guys!

Essential fats are amazing! But fish oils do not convert correctly in our body! You have to get your omega's through a mammal source! I have come across an AMAZING product that you take sublingually (under the tounge) The omega is actually in a fat based oil, which holds the molecular structure better. You absorb it so much faster, the GI tract does not break it down! The product is called AUUM Omega 3. It is also binded with Vit D for better absorbtion as well!

Check it out! They are one of my sponsors!

Thanks for the invite. Just a bit about me - I am a raw food athlethe. If you are wondering what that is. My diet (lifestyle) is eating foods that are not processed or cooked above 118 degrees. I also eat no dairy products. I only eat my foods in their natural state. If you would like to know more, send me a question on my page.
