What source of omegas do you consume and why?

There are plant sources, fish sources and mammalian sources. Each are absorbed differently in the body. If you want to get the most out of your workout and body then you will want to look at which source is best for you. What makes Auum oil different from
fish or flax oil?
Omegas 3 & 6 are Essential Fatty Acids that our bodies cannot produce. Omega 6 and Omega 3 remain “good fats” as long as they are balanced in our diets. Most of the world’s major health organizations now suggest a ratio of 1 Omega 6 to 1 Omega 3 (1:1). In the early 1930’s Omega 6 accounted for .2% of our dietary calories, however, today it accounts for 20% of our daily calories. This 100% increase in dietary Omega 6 leads to massive imbalances of the Omega 6 : Omega 3 in our bodies. Auum Omega 3 Sublingual D supplies Omega 6 in a ratio with Omega 3 of 1:1, enabling dangerously high blood levels of Omega 6 to be rapidly balanced with Omega 3 bringing our blood levels closer to the ideal, healthy 1:1 ratio.

PLANT OIL (ALA) , FISH OIL (EPA & DHA),
MAMMALIAN OIL (EPA, DHA & DPA)

As shown above, Auum Sublingual D contains DPA, a form of omega 3 unique to mammals, naturally balanced with EPA and DHA. Although flax oil has ALA which can be converted into DHA by our bodies, and fish oil has EPA and DHA which can be converted into DPA by our bodies, they are not biochemically the same.
In addition, Omega 6’s compete for the enzymes necessary to convert ALA into the Omega 3’s utilized by our bodies. High Omega 6 levels thereforeinterfere with the process. Even in the healthiest bodies given ideal circumstances such processing of ALA to DHA, or DHA to DPA is limited to 2-5%. The structure of Auum Sublingual D allows these 3 types of Omega 3 to be directly utilized by our bodies, without conversion. Auum Omega 3 Sublingual D provides a readily available and easily absorbable form of perfectly-balanced Omega’s for our health.

DPA, EPA and DHA support the development of the brain, eyes and nerves and have a direct beneficial effect on cardio-vascular health.

Health Canada, the Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation, the World Health Organization and the Canadian Cancer Society all recommend an increase in dietary Omega 3.

Yes and yes. Your understanding of the subject is wonderful. I am so glad you are getting great results with the Auum omegas. CN Tower climb is coming up and I look forward to your performance.

We have way too much omega 6 in our diet. Omega 6 in abundance or over the 1:1 ratio causes inflammation, and inflammation is part of every disease.

The other key factor is the way the omegas nourish the brain and glands which run the body.
