I am the owner of Emerge Lifestyle and Fitness Training home of "The Emerge Lifestyle". We focus on fat loss through lifestyle changes including resistance training, custom meal plans and education.

We train everyone from 500lbs down to fitness models. We are known for having many champions in Figure and Fitness Model competitions as well as having the easiest approach to get in tip top shape and maintaining it year round.

I cant stand when competitors rebound after shows and gain 20-40lbs of fat in a few months and have to starve themselves and do hours of cardio a day to get back in shape. We teach people how to get lean and stay within 5lbs of contest shape year round. Because of this approach we tend to get a lot of girls that have hurt their metabolism through porr diet and training join our team. We fix them and show them that looking good doesnt take extreme measures.

Anyway, I look forward to things to come with Fitness Star and look forward to Team Emerge stepping on the Fitness Star stage and bringin home some hardware;)
