I am 25 years old. I have accomlished so much within 5 years. I was overweight starting at 205lbs, at size 14/16. With Nutrition and working out I dropped to 130 size 2/4 and I started competing and havent stop. I know what it takes to dedicate yourself to a lifestyle change.
