Born in west Africa (Ghana) moved to Montreal at the of ten in 1984, lived there for 20 years and in those years, I have challenged many obstacles to reach where I am today.
When I moved here to Canada, I did not know how to speak English, read or write. Growing up in Montreal was a hard task for me, but there was nothing that I was willing to give up on.
My mind is what keeps me going, and my heart is the true engine within me that controls my soul. What ever I put my mind to is what I will do, and that is my very best to accomplish all my goals. Life was never easy and it's still not easy, but I continue to push forward cause I'm not a quiter.

Natural bodybuilding is my passion, and will continue to be with me forever. It has been 11 years now, that I've been competing. I have won many titles through my years of competition and also guest posed for different organizations and events. I hold the title of best poser 4 years in a row, been involved in fitness modeling for 5 years and have been shot by many photographers and featured in various publications.
I am an in home personal trainer, love helping others reach their physical goals in life. When I'm not in the gym, I love to write poetry. My writing is inspirational, and many can relate to them. In the near future I hope to release a fitness book and a book of poetry.
