This is my personal bio:

Been involved in the fitness industry for over 15 years. Was the most successful trainer in the 27 year history of GoodLife and hold many records for sales.

Became certified as a trainer to improve my own body then fell into fitness modeling and became a trainer. Being very successful very quickly I eventually opened Emerge Lifestyle and Fitness training, the most complete approach to getting into amazing shape as fast as possible while still having a normal life.

I also helped launch Inside Fitness Magazine writing some of the most popular articles in the issues of the first two years. Now my focus is on Emerge and growing the business.

These are my accomplishments:

I have a knack for producing champion figure and fitness model competitors. Its rare that Team Emerge competitors compete and dont come home with a trophy or first place. Most girls that I work with in Figure become national level within 3 shows. We have a great team spirit and because of the the team is always growing.
