- This is what I do:
- I am the Head Judge for Fitness STAR International and the founder and owner of Emerge Lifestyle and Fitness Training. I became involved with Fitness STAR because it offers a stage for a healthy main stream body image for men and women. As a trainer of top fitness models and competitors I have seen the good the bad and the ugly of the competition industry, Fitness STAR is definitely the good! Fitness STAR provides a fun experience for competitors and audience alike as well as great opportunities for exposer.
At Emerge we focus on getting people into amazing shape and teach them how to maintain it year round with ease. Our approach is perfect for fitness models as we have people staying photo shoot ready year round without being deprived of food or calories.

- Been involved in the fitness industry for over 15 years. Was the most successful trainer in the 27 year history of GoodLife and hold many records for sales.
Became certified as a trainer to improve my own body then fell into fitness modeling and became a trainer. Being very successful very quickly I eventually opened Emerge Lifestyle and Fitness training, the most complete approach to getting into amazing shape as fast as possible while still having a normal life.
I also helped launch Inside Fitness Magazine writing some of the most popular articles in the issues of the first two years. Now my focus is on Emerge and growing the business.

- I have a knack for producing champion figure and fitness model competitors. Its rare that Team Emerge competitors compete and dont come home with a trophy or first place. Most girls that I work with in Figure become national level within 3 shows. We have a great team spirit and because of the the team is always growing.

- My goal is to have a chain of Emerge studios around the country one day. I also plan on helping build Fitness STAR as the top fitness model brand on the planet

Fabulous pictures. I believe this info will be of value to you. I am not sure if you have seen any of my nutrition videos on Trainer Be Trained. I have seen some of yours...we both believe nutrition is a factor in good health. I wanted to connect with you again to let you know of an educational event I am giving this Sat. I am very big on healthy fats. With my current position as Director of Auum Canada, I am sharing the value of mammalian omega 3s, which is different and more absorbable from fish, and vitamin D. There will be a number of health care practitioners and personal trainers present as well as some top athletes. I will be presenting alongside a biochemist and a doctor.
