- Hi my name is Helen and I have worked in the health and fitness industry for more than two decades.
I attained a Bachelors degree from the University of Western Ontario where I studied Anatomy, Kinesiology and Bio mechanics.
I teach Yoga, Pilates, Boot camp, Zumba, Body Sculpt and Karate in group or private format.
i have taught in several environments: gym, studio, in school for the school board, medical clinic and also for on site within the film industry for celebrities.
I started competing recently and have placed in all of my shows. It's been a lot of fun and I look forward to future competitions.
- These are my accomplishments:
- 4th degree black belt in Karate and was a national gold kata medalist and silver kumite medalist.
I instruct Pilates intermediate and advanced mat work and was the featured model in the Strolf Core Conditioning Program DVD.
Within Fitness and Figure competitions I have been have received several trophies.
Thus far in Figure I have placed:
2nd in Masters Figure w Fitness Star, making me a Level 2 competitor
2nd @ UFE, qualifying me as an Elite competitor
and
1st Masters Figure plus divisional Overall Figure Champion @ IDFA
as a Fitness Model I am:
