LADIES BOOT CAMP
Boot camp is a fun, motivating, highly exhilarating training program designed to challenge all aspects of your fitness level, endurance, flexibility, strength and cardiovascular capacity. There are 4,8 week intense programs that will give you serious results. Your boot camp program consists of 1 hr group sessions. Ladies boot camp and men boot camp are separate from one another!
