This is my personal bio:

I was 15 years old when I first started weight training. I became a fitness trainer at the age of 17 with three certifications on my belt. Bodybuilding (I say bodybuilding, because that is what we do when we lift weights, we build a body) help me go through some rough time when I was younger. I believe that weight training and a healthy life style, can really change a person's life positively (confidence, believe in yourself, etc.)

These are my accomplishments:

-WBFF QC Championship 2010, 3rd place - gain Pro Status
-UFE Spring Bash 2009- Male Fitness model Champion (1st place)
-Fitness Star 2009 - Male Athletic fitness model (level 3) 3rd place; 2nd Crowd's Favourite Award.
-Made the top 5 (4th place) at the World Championship WBFF show in Toronto Sept 20th 2008
