This is my personal bio:

June 19th, 2007 will always be a date to remember. I was then stepping for the first time in a gym, registered with a one year membership, chose a personal trainer and decided within the same day I was going to compete in a Figure event 5 months later! In every field, activity, subject, I am an extreme person. I really enjoy having constant challenges and accomplish them to the best I can.

Today, training is my biggest passion. It is part of my lifestyle and day-to-day thoughts. I spend hours building a shape that allows me to compete and represents a motivation for people around me.

In the past, I practiced martial arts. After few years, I got a black belt in Tae-Know-Do. This discipline had important impacts on me such as a better concentration, strong mental strenght, constant motivation and amazing drive. I also competed a few times and succeed well. I can easily say Tae-Know is helping me today in the bodyfitness (mental and physical aspects).

These are my accomplishments:

* November 11th, 2007 - Coupe Pro Gym (FCPAQ): 7th position
* October 11th, 2008 - Fame MTL : 4th position muscle model
* June 27th, 2009 - IDFA MTL : MY FIRST THIRD POSITION EVER in figure

These are my fitness related goals:

* My main goal is to become a role model and grow in the fitness industry. One day at the time, I always keep a strong focuss and cherish a healthy approach.

* In addition, I would be amaze to be part of a fitness agency where different contracts, opportunities and visibility within the industry would be offer to me. Travelling for me, isn't a problem! I love it!!!

* Finally, I want to continue working hard on my physique and show an amazing muscle maturity at the age of 30. There are no limits to what I can achieve and I am not scare to push harder if needed.
