This is my personal bio:

I began seriously training in February of 2007, added clean eating to the mix and decided to compete shortly after! I hit the stage for the first time in October of 2007 and that's when I fell in love:) This newfound life has shown me the sky is the limit when you believe in yourself. I am very excited for the future lessons, challenges and opportunities the fitness world has to offer!
