Thank you Fitness Star - James and all the staff, volunteers, photographers and judges for producing another amazing competition!! This is my third time now competing with Fitness Star and as always another great well organized and laid out show! With great athletes presenting amazing packages on stage making the competition tough for the judges! I am very big on health prevention, looking and feeling great, and of course a balanced good diet. With my current position as Director of Auum Canada, I am sharing the value of mammalian omega 3s, which is different and more absorbable from fish, and vitamin D. There will be a number of health care practitioners and personal trainers present as well as some top athletes. I will be presenting alongside a biochemist and a doctor. I'm here to calm your nerves a little bit before the show OK?:) You have to realize that being nervous is a good thing, we all get nervous before hitting the stage, especially for the first time. Our nerves will never go away, it's about controlling them, and being able to perform without people actually seeing your nervousness. It's OK to feel nervous, once you're on stage, it's all about your control and how you present yourself. If you show everyone that you're nervous, then we will all see that, but if you can feel your nervousness and channel it into confidence, it becomes an amazing thing to watch. Nervousness is something you feel, and not something you want to show, so your goal is to remember to have fun and smile at all times, even if the nerves are trying to get the best of you. It's all about having a good time on stage.You've worked so hard on your body to prepare for the show. It's time to show it, and be proud of your accomplishments. Having fun and enjoying the moment, is what it's all about. See you on stage Sharon :)
