My name is Shauna Sky and I have been in the Elite athlete and now Fitness world for all of my life.

I love to share my knowledge of health and wellness and have a passion for working with people to attain their vision. My 2 children are my greatest teachers!
I consider myself a role model for women my age and I love to be an inspiration for other mothers who would like to take their health, wellness, and fitness to whatever level is right for them and their lifestyle.
I am inspired and driven by my love of movement and the deep respect i have for the human body. I love to help people find the profound wisdom that our physical bodies manifest.

I love the discipline, challenge, and the fun of training! I also enjoyed the incredible support and comraderie.
