- As a kid i always loved to eat, it wasnt such a problem until i was about 10 years old. I started to eat more garbage food which ended up turning to fat. After years of being teased i just got tired of letting myself continue that way so I took control. I remember walking out of the movie 300 saying "wow, i wanna look like that!". I then had to figure out how to do it, i lost 50 pounds in a few months just by eating right and being active. Once I saw what my body could do i got into bodybuilding. I read and read about how to eat and train properly and that combind with hard work pays off.
