I have over 10 years experience within the fitness and Dance Industry which has given me the opportunity of working with woman and men of varying fitness levels and goals. My clientele have included Models, business executives, professionals, retired, students and house wives.
I specialise in cardiovascular conditioning, weight management, diet and nutrition, Weight loss, Toning, Body Conditioning, postural development, flexibility and confidence rehabilitation.
I’m a director of a successful Pole dancing company Sxxxy studios and the founder of Sxxxy Aerobics and all my sessions are artistically developed to meet every client’s unique demands. I integrate my use of dance and fitness into my training techniques resulting in a leaner, more agile more coordinated body. My clients will learn how to move from their core, improve their balance, athletic skills and most importantly feel good in their bodies.
I’ve just recently completed a G.P referral certification which will help me to explore more specific exercise for specialist clients too.
