Hi Jamesjust want to thank you for a great day at the studio. - I am first and foremost a mother to my 3 amazing children ( jese 21, alexandra 20 and victoria 18). I love my job as a personal trainer because helping and motivating people is one of the most rewarding things I ve ever done. My goal is to become a positive role model to all women of all ages and that being healthy and fit is possible at any age if you can create a balanced lifestyle.
- These are my accomplishments:
- I won 1st place in the eastern regionals in 2005 at the WNSO FAME bodybuilding competition and then won 3rd at the Nationals. I also won 2nd in the Masters division
I was a member of the Senior Womens Canadian National Dragonboat Team in 2007 where we won 3 gold medals at the World Championship in Australia.
