I am a personal trainer in Guelph Ontario. I own and operate Frameworks Fitness Studio. As well, I run a Boot Camp program indoors through the winter months and outdoors spring and summer. I also appear on Kitcheners 'live' Daytime Show, doing fitness segments. I write a fitness column in the Guelph Mercury Newspaper. I still have a love for my previous career as a hairstylist and make up artist...love the opportunity to give my clients a complete 'makeover' as the icing on the cake of their new healthy, strong fit body when they reach their goals!!

This is my personal bio:
I am a late bloomer in the fitness world...at the age of 30 I made a complete life change. I changed my health,mind, body, life! Made some huge career changes as well. Embraced the fitness world and lifestyle. Now at 49 years of age I am smarter, younger, healthier, fit, and ready for anything!
These are my accomplishments:
At the age of 46 went into a fitness model competition, placed first in my category! I have also placed in the top three in several others. I train and prepare other women for competitions as well as for life!
I compete in the Fitness Model Masters Category

FOURTH PLACE Fame Nationals 2007 masters

The Twelve Days of FITMAS!!

I am always thinking of ways to add a little fun to fitness. This inspired me to change up the lyrics of a very popular song The Twelve Days of Christmas. The work out can be modified for any fitness level whether a beginner or advanced athlete. To make it easier, take more breaks in between moves and modify the exercises. Can you work out when you are Sick?

Tis the season...I am not referring to the holiday season. Cold and flu season is underway! One of the questions most people wonder is should they work out when they are sick. Body fat and your health

In our quest to get healthy, and fight the battle of the bulge, it's beneficial to understand why body fat is an important factor for weight loss and health. Fat is lighter by volume than lean body tissue. For example, a 'cup' of fat is lighter than a 'cup' of muscle. Fitness Star Delivers!

Fitness Star is an organization that goes the extra mile...or miles to please their competitors! They proved that the day of the Inaugural Show with all the extras they provided us. A few days after the show I received an email from Jayce saying that all first place competitors won a pair of Lebert Equalizers! With the excitement of the show they forgot to hand them out.
