This is my personal bio:

At a young age I was nearly killed in a car accident. I was five. I spent years in the hospital doing various surgeries and rehab. I became very interested in health and fitness back then. I also found professional wrestling and loved the stuff they did. I grew up in the health area and decided that is what I wanted to do with my life. Therefore I went to college for a degree in Exercise Science and Human Services. I started personal training and have done that ever since. I also became very interested in helping children. Now I run 2 programs for kids to be healthy.

I do online and offline personal training. I'm a kid's fitness instructor and health/fitness consultant.

These are my accomplishments:

Three college degree's and too many certs to list.
I run 2 programs for children.
Trained a male fitness model to his goals.
