The Fitness Star Competition was FANTASTIC!!!!

My husband and I travelled from Alberta for the Fitness Star show and we were thrilled with the results. We had a great time. The show was so well organized. Today I tested my hamstrings after tearing a hamstring a month ago.

hello and greetings to you all I decide to push myself mentally and physically on my hamstrings and legs. Some may thing im crazy but this more test of me mentally than physically. I suprised myself big time .

Heres what i did today



Leg Press 638lbs 3 set of 8 reps



Squat 352 lbs



Deadlift 352 lbs



Standing calf raises 440 lbs



Leg extensions 440lbs

Just wanted to express my gratitude to the Fitness Star team for a classy & professional show. The organisation and venue were TOPS & overall atmosphere backstage was alot of fun for all competitors!

It was a priviledge to be part of this debut event as Fitness Star has proven it's most definitely here to stay

BEST FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE!!!

I really thank and congratulate all the Fitness Star staff with this well organized competition. I think this is the best way to encourage athletes to come out and show their hard work, whether you have competed before or not. The staff are very friendly and helpful whenever you need them. Very high professional judges with lots of experience. I strongly recommend anyone to compete in this fantastic organization.

just wanted to dicuss how you return back from a serious injury like torn muscles etc.......

Hello and greetings to everyone just want to discuss issue surrounding people returning back from serious injuries. For example in my case a torn hamstring and how it mentally it affects your training and the way you work around your injury. Today was the first time i was able to do some cardio and walk on a very steep incline and moderate place where my heart rate was high 140 bmp after ive i completed a whole circuit of leg excerises.
