For everyone who didn't attend, you missed out!!! It was so helpful (especially as a first time competitor). James went over how our day will run, important tips for show day, as well as tips for if you want to go farther in the business then just competing. Leroy did a fantastic job of helping us with walking & posing! The workshop was a lot of fun and made me very excited and motivated for the Montreal show in November!!! After one day with them, we could see that they are great guys and are doing great things in the fitness world!!!

Before I attended the workshop, I wasn't a 100% sure that I could picture myself on stage and felt pretty anxious about everything. After this amazing day with James and Leroy as well as the other competitors, I CAN'T WAIT for November to come around. The workshop got me so excited and focused; I can't stop talking about it and I am now telling everybody around me to come to the event. It's going to be wonderful! All the tips we got from which suits to wear to which tanning product to use as well as all the feedback on walking the T and all those quarter turns were more than helpful; it was inspiring! I have a whole new perspective on the entire competition; the energy at the workshop was great and if it's only a preview of what the show is going to be like in November; LOOK OUT! It is going to ROCK! I'm really glad I attended the workshop, it was helpful, reassuring, motivating,exciting and amazing!! I can't wait to SHINE!
